I acknowledge that I have the option to 1) pay the full cost of tuition, fees, and other associated charges for the term I am registering for, 2) to self-enroll in an installment payment plan, or 3) have enough financial aid to cover my balance in full. Should I not choose or complete one of the three options by the first day of classes for the semester, regardless of which session(s) I enroll in, I understand that I may be subject to an enrollment hold or being dropped from classes for that semester. Additionally, I agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.

If I Elect the Installment Payment Plan:

• I acknowledge that any outstanding balance from a previous semester must be paid in full before enrollment in the payment plan.

• I remain fully responsible for the payment of all charges on my account, even if I am eligible for financial aid intended to cover the full cost of tuition.

• I understand that payments will be automatically debited from the payment method I provide, in accordance with the installment schedule.

• I understand that if I enroll in a payment plan and pay all charges in full, thereby completing the plan before the final due date, any new charges for the semester added to my account will result in my administrative enrollment in a new payment plan without an additional enrollment fee.

• I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions specified here, as well as those outlined in the Azusa Pacific University Payment Plan Agreement within the PayMyTuition portal. I further acknowledge that failure to make timely payments may result in an enrollment hold or my removal from courses for the term, and I authorize the university to refer any unpaid charges to a collection or credit reporting agency for the purpose of recovering any amount(s) owed.

If I Elect to Pay in Full:

• I acknowledge that I am responsible for paying the full cost of tuition, fees, and associated charges no later than the first day of classes for the semester, regardless of which session(s) I enroll in.

• I agree to promptly pay any additional charges billed after the first day of class, recognizing that failure to do so may lead to an enrollment hold or my removal from courses.

• I authorize the university to refer any unpaid charges to a collection or credit reporting agency for the purpose of recovering any amount(s) owed.

If I Elect to Use Financial Aid to Cover the Full Balance:

• I acknowledge that I must have enough aid accepted and pending to cover my entire balance by the first day of classes for the semester, regardless of which session(s) I enroll in.

• I understand that my financial aid will not show as pending unless I have completed all to-do list items, I am enrolled in classes that count toward my degree plan, and my enrollment status matches my financial aid package.

• I agree that if for any reason my financial aid is canceled or reduced, or additional charges are added to my account that are not covered by my financial aid, I am responsible for the remaining balance and I may have an enrollment hold placed on my account or be removed from courses. 

• I authorize the university to refer any unpaid charges to a collection or credit reporting agency for the purpose of recovering any amount(s) owed.

By proceeding, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the above terms and conditions regarding my payment obligations for the semester I am registering for.
