Honors Course Equivalency

  • Completion of the Honors humanities major satisfies all of the university’s general education requirements.

  • Students who complete only part of the Honors humanities major will be granted general education credit according to the chart below.

  • Although the completion of certain Honors courses results in the satisfying of some GE requirements, some courses in the second column below may still be required for a student’s other (non-Honors humanities) major.
