Post-Master’s Certificate Programs

The School of Nursing offers certificate programs to prepare nurses for advanced practice, education, and administrative roles. The curriculum for these programs reflects the School of Nursing mission, philosophy, and professional education standards for nursing. The programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and the California Board of Registered Nursing. The following are offered:

Prerequisite Requirements

  1. Master’s degree in nursing
  2. Completion of a graduate research course
  3. Completion of an undergraduate health assessment course
